It took me a very long time to finish those two pieces. This all is done by bobbin lace. I do not know if I would do another piece in the near future.
Bobbin lace is very old technique. I am trying to bring new language to this ancient art. My art work is based on modern form, on abstract; but all my images are taken from the nature.
The blue one is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI believe you don't want to make another such piece in the near future - in fact it is very densely WOVEN, and weaving on a bobbin lace pillow must be a time-consuming job. You are fantastic to have created them!
